I appreciate the reply, but I am a little unsure of what you mean by the the "eating" part of your response.

Yes; I would count IV fluids contained in your medication when coding section K , in addition to factoring that service into the coding of  "eating" for section G.  The definition given for "eating activity"  includes enteral/parenteral fluid administration.
