I gained 25lbs on Gleevec (which I've been able
to lose) and am always cold. I only started to feel
cold when I went from 600 to 800 mg/day. And I'm in
California!
I suspected some kind of interference with
thyroid function as well but have not heard of any
such link. I haven't had my own checked yet, but I can
imagine ways by which Gleevec could interfere without
showing up on the standard tests, such as on the
receptor side.
