Ok here is what the doctors told me.
Out of 20 cells, 2 of them are PH+, 9 are normal, and 9 have TRISOMY
8!!!!
They said they aren't sure what to do now, there have been a few cases
of CML after being treated are sprouting this new chromosone
abnormality. There is no treatment for Trisomy 8. The doctor seemed
extremely concerned about the next step. She wants to do a complete
physical and then figure out what to do. All the tests were performed
on my bone marrow. I have the report right here of course reading it is
like trying to read another language...lol. Now I am getting scared.
Has any one ever heard of Trisomy 8 in CML? Thank yall for all the
support in everything....
