My vote is for Zofran. It is great! you only have to take it when you feel nausea. It is what all the doctors at MDAnderson scribe too and even it the emgergency room. I'm on SKI-606 now and Zofran was on my list of drugs that I can't have. So Dr. Cortez had me do a special test of the drug company and now it has been approved for use with SKI-606
