I do like liver and eat a little spinach. But I did find an article that when we have a medicine causing the problem there is no way you can get enough iron that way. I was taking a 65mg Iron pill daily and a Procrit shot weekly (and paying the penalty for too much iron) to turn this around 2 months ago.
