Oh no Joyce,
I am so sorry. Had you been hurting? I have been in pain now for a long time
and many years later they have found nothing. I think I'm scared because many
years ago my brother who was in his late 50s went in for exploratory surgery
and they found a tumors cancer. He died not long after.
When I went in the hospital in May they still did test but found nothing.
The nurse would come in the evening and give me a shot in tummy. She said it
was to keep blood from clotting. And you got clots anyway.
That was a lot of surgery for one time. You sure are strong. So happy for you.
Do you go to a cancer center? I've been thinking about changing since my dr
retired. It's hard to change when you've been with someone so long.
They gave me morphine in my Iv tube every 4 hours. It helped some but nothing
has really taken this pain away.
When they took my gall bladder out years ago the dr said my appendix was
setting right on top of everything so he took it out too. All this happened
when I was in late 40s. My dad has his out too at that age. I think it's
amazing how our bodies have some of the same traits as our parents. My mom died
at 87 but I don't think I'll make it as she never had any deadly diseases.
