I can put guitar amp and speakers into my 944 (85.5).  It also can carry a 
couple of #1s for my CC32, plus a bunch of junk.
The back seats were never meant to be used by humans, anyhow..

There never seems to be enough room to get a guitar and amp in the trunk of a 
hard top convertible with the top down. Just enough room for a spare set of 
false teeth. No room for bags of sails either.
