It sounds like in question2 that the tracks are for your #3.  You would
have to move cars from another track or buy new ones.  That is how it
works on my boat which is not a C&C
 
#1 is typically a 150, #2 130ish, #3 a blade.  Much simpler when talking
to your crew to say "bring up the #2" as it is usually stamped on the
bag

Interesting discussion.  Two questions: 
1.  I am constantly confused by the mention of #1, #2 etc.  When you say
135% it means something specific about the size of the sail.  But does
#2?  I am presuming that different people's #2 could be different sizes?

2.  I have a second set of tracks inboard on the edge of the cabintop,
but have not used them.  There is no hardware associated.  How would you
use them in practice?  Do you have a separate traveller car that you
pull out and mount when you want to use it?   Does it work to send the
leads straight from there back to the main winch in the cockpit?
