MD Products EPDM gaskets have lasted more than 12 years on either of my boats. 
At Lowes it is something like $16 for a big roll - at least 25 feet. 

The spline that house on the outside of the lens and holds it into the frame is 
available from any glass shop that repairs aluminum storm doors. The spline is 
about 50 cents a foot,
