Mike,
     The concern is not the size of the boat vs. the size of the prop, but
the clearance between the blade tips and the hull.  If the blade tip gets
to within 15% of the blade radius there is the potential for vibration.
The 15% is from memory and my not be exactly correct.  Perhaps others can
confirm my numbers.
