My rigger buddy installs Harkens and services furlers.  I've been helping
him for years.  We've serviced/replaced many brands of furlers.  In my
opinion, Harken is the best.  Profurl is probably second but Harken is
clearly better.

I have had a Harken MKIII on Touche' since 1999.  Never a problem.  If you
go with Harken, I recommend a halyard restrainer if your masthead
configuration is such that the halyard will be parallel to your forestay.
