Ron, Never heard of an all stainless cable, but I replaced mine four years ago with a new Teleflex that worked beautifully until the Universal engine died.
My Beta 30 has electronic stopping, but I kept the Teleflex as a backup should the electronic fail. As you are probably aware, the cables (stop, throttle, shift) run under the fuel tank to the stern. Mine were wire-tied together, but not tight enough where you can't snake one through. Not a particularly difficult job to replace and I imagine the Teleflex have a long lifespan. May not be worth the time, effort and expense to find the "perfect" cable. The inner part of the original cable appeared to be solid stainless steel wire. The replacement cable inner part is stranded and apparently not stainless steel. It was easily attracted to a magnet. I’m looking for an alternative all stainless replacement. So far, I struck out with Teleflex/Morse. Does anyone have any recommendations.
