Josh, Plenty of slips in Back Creek too. Watergate Marina is an option, plus people can anchor in the Creek for free. Larger boats can anchor off the seawall by the Naval Academy and there is also room in Weems Creek, just off the Severn River. There used to be Navy mooring balls in the Creek, but I've heard they were removed.
