I think I've figured the Facebook Live stream. I was going to create an owners group on Facebook and then I found the group that already exists. I believe that I can post live streams there and anybody who is a member will get notices and viewing rights.
As an alternative I'm considering making a 2018 Rendezvous Facebook page which would do the same thing without absconding someone else's page.
