Spray can electrical contact cleaner or brake cleaner are both high flash point solvents that will remove the goop. Not sure how aggressive they'll be on an Awlgrip paint finish though. I'd try using it on a hidden sample area before I sprayed liberally on the area where the stickers used to be. Make sure to wear gloves though as both are nasty chemicals that include toluene.
