It was ages ago, but for my 35 MK-I I had a bunch of stainless plates made. Not too complicated, rectangles with holes in the middle.

I wish I could tell you how much they cost, but a friend that owns an aerospace machine company made them out of a scrap piece of stainless he had. I had asked him to give me a quote to make them.
