The wires fit easily enough but really it is such a short run I'm not sure it was beneficial. I wired them to the same terminal as the deck light in the deck/masthead combo. I figure if I'm turning on one then I probably want them all. 🤷♂️ Maybe not. But if I want to change it the terminal board is easily accessed in the overhead where the mast passes through the deck.
