Up here $38/board ft. Almost cheaper to buy a boat with good teak steps than to replace them. I priced out lumber for a small bed stand table in white oak was going to cost me $600. Guess it's time for me to buy a mill. I have 45 acres of wood growing...unfortunately none of it teak.
