I agree, I went on a tour through the CNC / tartan factory 15 or 20 years ago, and I do remember them saying that they embedded aluminum plates in points where they had to bolt deck hardware. I would call the factory, and ask them if they used tef gel on those bolts. If not, I would take them all apart and lube them so you can get them out in the future
