The sample kickstart file already has the puppet setup as far as I can
tell.  The part I appear to be missing is the first step.

Part of my complication is that this install is on a separate switch with
no internet access.  So everything I do has to come from the cobbler/puppet
machine.  However, once the install is done, the machine will be connected
to the network and not have access to the cobbler/puppet machine anymore.
