Sorry for the previous blank post.

At 2:30 pm today the northern parula was still in the locust trees as reported by Richard Trinkner. I first saw it south of Hawthorn. It then moved gradually north to the other side of Hawthorn, singing frequently. I had some good looks and was able to get some decent photos and a recording of the song. Thanks to Richard's timely report, I was able to easily add quite a nice species to my green birding list.
