I arrived at Red Rocks around 7:00 a.m. and put out some seed. A few juncos were there to greet me. The Harris's Sparrow and Golden- crowned Sparrow came to the west feeders a little after 7. The Curve- billed Thrasher and one White-throated Sparrow showed up around 7:30a.m. Since I was at the feeders last night at 5:00 and this morning at 7:00 and didn't see any Rosy-Finches, I think it's safe to say they are not roosting in Red Rocks on a regular basis. I will check after our next storm to see if the cold and snow brings them back. Also drove around a bit looking for the pair of Prairie Falcons, but did not find them this morning.
