This is not the first time I am curious, this time I'll ask. When you
put phrases lie "would you like to do XYZ" what it actually mean? To me
it sounds like: "I need XYZ, do you want to do it for me?", which is of
course a strange way to ask someone for a favor. Or what does this
construct actually mean? May be it means "I will do this, will you
accept a patch"? Just curious.
