Hello everyone, This weekend I got a cockapoo puppy, 9 weeks old, from a shelter in CT. She was bought at a pet store by a husband and at the same time his wife bought a dog from a breeder. I guess they thought it was too much and gave up one of them. I wasn't planning on getting a puppy but once I saw her face I couldn't help but fall in love.
I am looking for any information that people can provide about the breed. I have been doing some research online but it seems that there is conflicting information. It seems the size range can be 10 to 25 pounds. Is there any way of knowing as a puppy what her size will be or is a wait and see? What about the hair? Do all get the poodle curls? Also, any advice on housetraining techniques and tips are very appreciate. It is my first puppy (other than when I was 6 yrs old). In 2 days, she has had only 1 accident inside and that was when I first got her home.
