She had a severe yeast infection and was given drops for treatment. The itching was real bad, there was a foul smell to the ear and had a blackish/brownish discharge. She had not had any problems at all since that incident which was 5 months ago. I would definitely suggest a visit to your vet to have her checked and then go from there. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Pat Harvey<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> > Sent: Tuesday, January 02, 2007 3:56 PM > Subject: RE: [cockapoo] Scratching and licking cockapoo > > > It could be a ear infection or yeast infection, which these dogs are noted for, because of air not getting into the ear canal. > Take her to the vet for meds. > It could also be allergies. > But needs to be seen by the vet. > good luck and hope she feels better soon. > > > Pat and Meka > -------Original Message------- > > From: Kathleen Hannah<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: 1/2/2007 1:50:24 PM > To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> > Subject: RE: [cockapoo] Scratching and licking cockapoo > > Please take your dog to the doctor.
