I hope that you get your pal Charley checked out by a Vet to be sure
that this is not a medical problem.

It is a bummer that our furry canine pals age 6-7 times faster than us
humans (depending on the breed) and get sick much faster than we do. 
Problem is that if we don't take them in to see the Vet very often we
will never know of any problems until sometimes it is just to late.  It
is always better to be safe than sorry.

Please keep us posted as to what happens with this little guy!
