Even your main menu bar?

The main nib need only contain the very barest minimum, for example the 
skeleton of the main menu bar. It doesn’t need to have a window (and indeed for 
document-based apps typically does not).

So even if you *must* have a nib (which isn’t proven one way or the other), the 
nib can be minimal.
