And in case people out there are thinking "oh no! Carbon! boo!"...  Note
that the 'File Manager' isn't actually part of Carbon.framework but
rather CoreServices.framework.  It has a long history, and so many of
its older APIs are deprecated, but the newest stuff is still supported,
works on 64 bit, and even got new API in 10.5.
