Hi Yves. You will need other pipelines to extract non-xml resources from the sxw file as well. (Presumably the sxw file contains the DTD?)
e.g.
<map:match pattern="test/*/**.dtd">
<map:read src="jar:http://web/implements/{1}!/{2}.dtd";
mime-type="text/plain"/>
</map:match>
