Traditionally IRC servers have sent terse messages to clients, and then
the client has interpreted it.  It would be better to talk to client
developers and script developers to update this.

Eg, for a script
"You cannot join #foo, as you aren't logged into this networks channel
services, would you like to login to channel services and try again?

[ Yes - log me in and rejoin the channel ]  [ No - I don't want to go
there anymore ]
