controller contract, not host acceptance; notes the Qwen 0.25.3 parser probe
and that live execution is tracked in #98
- Added acceptance evidence and capability limits to ship.adoc Qwen entry
- Added Qwen Code to the read-only tools list in the native subagents
contract
- Fixed entry-points section to reflect Qwen's native dispatch (not a simple
stub forward)
