OK so as I read it, I think we should just wait until CEPs land and then
[~e.dimitrova] volunteers to rebase and fix it all.
I get that it might look like we are postponing thing unnecessarily / we are
impatient to deliver this but we should be a little bit careful here.
Also, this type of work is kind of similar to another patch [~mmuzaf] was
working on - the one about the reorganization of the imports. That will go
after all CEPs are in too. Hence it would be cool if we just coupled this kind
of stuff together after all work was delivered and we just do this type of
"code hygiene" in one shot.
