Pla read the [documentation](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#tooltip.backgroundColor): `tooltip: {backgroundColor: 'transparent'}` I dont understand the second question. You can add [dataZoom ](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#dataZoom-inside)if that helps.
