OK, the fork is only a temporary pin so the full stack can be verified
before the velox PR lands. Once
[velox/#92](https://github.com/bigo-sg/velox/pull/92) is merged,
[velox4j/#73](https://github.com/bigo-sg/velox4j/pull/73) degrades to a plain
ref bump against the official `bigo-sg/velox4j` (with the merged commit pinned)
pinned), and this workflow will be switched back to
`bigo-sg/velox4j@gluten-20260829`. I'll keep it pointed at the fork only until
that point, and update this file as part of the post-merge cleanup.
