### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Validate `jobOptions` for the four Iceberg maintenance policy types when `timeTrigger` is set or `commitTrigger` is true, requiring catalog type/uri/warehouse (with short aliases). Move orphan `commitTrigger` rejection before the shared check so its message still wins. ### Why are the changes needed? Incomplete `jobOptions` were accepted at create/alter, then cron submit failed with missing `warehouse_location`. Catch this at policy write time. Fixes #14348 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes.
