### Feature Description Every record-level index entry a write builds computes its `instant_time_millis` with `instant_to_epoch_millis_in(&instant, &timeline_timezone(&table.hudi_configs))`, once per record. That is a chrono datetime parse with a time zone lookup plus a config parse for every row, although the value is the same for the whole commit. On a bulk append it is the largest single cost on the writing thread, and the append path builds these entries even when the record index is off. Proposed: compute the instant's epoch millis once per commit and reuse it for every entry. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
