## What is the purpose of the pull request
Support compaction hudi command for spark sql.
## Brief change log
- Add a common sql parser to be used for both spark2 & spark3 to extended
sql syntax.
- Implement compaction hudi commands.
## Verify this pull request
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
