Hi @Jackie-Jiang @xiangfu0 @yashmayya — rebased onto latest master to resolve the merge conflict in `TableConfigBuilder.java`. The branch now cherry-picks cleanly on top of master (2 commits: the removal of deprecated `segmentPushType`/`segmentPushFrequency` APIs + the `japicmp-exclude.xml` fix). CI is running.
