### Connected RocketMQ Cluster
Any Apache cluster with a consumer group that has subscribers.
### Describe the Bug
The consumer-group list path never fills `subscribedTopics`:

while the sibling detail read fills it from the connection it fetched
(`RocketMQAdminClientImpl.getConsumerGroup`). `enrichGroupLiveStats` already
holds that same `ConsumerConnection` (the instance list comes from it) but the
live snapshot had no field for the subscription table.
The consequences are on the list row itself: the detail drawer renders the
subscribed-topic count and the topic tags from it ("订阅 Topic 数", the tag list),
the CSV export has a column for it, and the AI group detail emits
`subscribedTopics: []` next to the subscription entries it receives separately
- all while the drawer's own subscription tab lists the topics. The page never
calls the detail endpoint, so nothing repaired the row.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the consumer-group page for an Apache instance.
2. Open a group's detail drawer: the subscribed-topic card reads 0 and no
topic tags appear, while the subscription tab lists the topics.
3. Export the group list: the column is empty for every row.
### What Did You Expect to See?
The topics the group is subscribed to, as the subscription tab shows.
### What Did You See Instead?
Zero/empty for every group.
### Evidence
- `server/.../provider/apache/RocketMQMetadataProvider.java`
(`GroupLiveSnapshot`, `enrichGroupLiveStats`, the finally block that copies the
snapshot), `web/src/pages/instance/consumer.tsx`,
`web/src/services/consumerService.ts`.
- `cd server && mvn -o -B -ntp test
-Dtest='RocketMQMetadataProviderTest#listConsumerGroupsPageShouldCarryTheGroupsSubscribedTopicsTest'`
- fails before the fix.
### Impact
A deterministic wrong count (0) and an empty topic list for every Apache
group, contradicting the drawer's own subscription tab; the CSV export and the
AI detail are wrong the same way.
### Acceptance Criteria
- The list path publishes the group's subscribed topics from the connection
it already reads, an enrichment cut short by the batch deadline does not
overwrite them with an empty list, and a regression test pins it.
