### What `ToolError` enumerates every tool error scenario with its HTTP status, public code, message template and recovery hint. Its contract was not pinned anywhere — it only appeared incidentally inside other handlers' tests. This adds 6 tests. ### What is pinned - **message templates format their arguments**, and `exception()` packages the status, the code, the formatted message and the hint; - the status/code pairs follow the MCP conventions: authentication failures are **401 UNAUTHENTICATED**, permission denials **403 PERMISSION_DENIED**, unexpected failures **500 INTERNAL_ERROR**; - **every scenario carries a non-blank code and recovery hint**. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **6/6 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: message formatting dropped (red). - Restored: 6/6 green.
