### What ClusterOverviewVO is one cluster card on the ops home - identity, health, counters and the throughput series the sparkline renders. It had no test. This pins: the card round-trips through the builder, and a fresh card counts nothing. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (pure Lombok view). - Restored: green.
