### What ClusterConfigVO is the broker-side cluster config the config page reads and the update preview diffs - queue counts, message size cap, trace topic, the two auto-create switches, retention, flush mode and broker permission. It had no test. This pins every field plus builder/all-args/no-args agreement, so a diffed config is never polluted by a defaulted field. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (config carrier). - Restored: green.
