Ok. Actually you are right, I checked another Apache project (OFBiz), in that
they have many forms for new product creation, categories and users they also
after successfully creating the product did not empty the fields and retain the
values. I am good with this, retaining the values as user can recheck what he
filled.
Just, What I think we can add link below the form (below buttons) of "Create
New User", only after user successfully completed the user submission, as
making a new button along the save and cancel button might be the problem you
mentioned.
I am good with retaining the old code. Important thing for me is I learned
something new :)
