@DanielLeens Updated the implementation based on the latest comments. Enumerator progress collection is now owned by the active coordinator. The coordinator resolves the current task placement and requests the snapshot from the assigned worker, so worker local registration is no longer used for ownership. I added coverage for placement, collection, transport, serialization and cleanup, along with English and Chinese documentation for the CDC progress contract. The focused API and engine tests pass locally. A full multi member failover test is not included yet, but the ownership and recovery path is covered at the coordinator and operation boundaries.
