Resolved the current conflict with `dev` and pushed the updated head. What changed: - Resolved the Kafka E2E conflict by keeping the Python transform PR scope and the latest exactly-once READ_COMMITTED polling stabilization. - Ran Spotless apply for the Kafka E2E module only; no local compile/test/E2E was run. Current head: `ce0f27b85391e4b06455bd0d590509eaeae5f4de`.
