Addressed in the current head. The long
`SCHEMA_EVOLUTION_ASSERT_TIMEOUT_MILLIS` now has an explicit comment that it is
a CI failure deadline for Flink XA recover/rollback and replay, not the
expected recovery duration. The timestamp drift tolerance was also tightened to
20 seconds so the test does not hide minute-level CDC lag while keeping the
outer Awaitility deadline for loaded runners.
