To keep tracking clear, please claim tasks by commenting with the exact connector/transform name from the table, and only claim one or two items at a time until your first PR is merged. Contributors: please read the framework design (#10976) and implementation PR (#10977) before starting, and be careful not to change optional semantics into required semantics during migration (see B2 in the guide).
