Done in 4f225133. Added a note to the Prometheus sink docs (EN and ZH) that the checkpoint flush runs on all engines, so on Zeta the buffer is flushed by both sink.flush.interval and each checkpoint, and if the checkpoint interval is shorter than sink.flush.interval the flushes are more frequent.
