URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12005

   ## Summary
   - Add Oracle JDBC ASCII String range validation for binary NLS_SORT and
NLS_COMP sessions.
   - Revalidate the session contract on each reader connection before executing
String range boundaries.
   - Make auto fall back to hash or a single split when range validation is
unsafe or unavailable, while explicit range fails closed.
   - Prevent MySQL-derived dialects from inheriting MySQL String range
validation.

   ## Compatibility
   - Existing split.string_split_mode behavior is unchanged. Reader-session
validation applies only to explicit split.string-strategy range or auto jobs.
   - No dependency or POM changes.

   ## Testing
   - Ran ./mvnw -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true -pl
seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-jdbc spotless:apply.
   - Local compile and tests were intentionally not run because the SeaTunnel
workflow delegates functional validation to GitHub CI.

   ## Follow-up
   - GitHub CI must validate the new and updated unit tests.
