CI status (maintainer triage, not a review of the change): the Build on b6f8040dc (dev-merged) finished with two failures, neither in this PR's diff: `rocketmq-connector-it (11)` (RocketMQ broker double identity, fixed by #12115, green, pending merge) and `connector-file-sftp-it (11)`, where `SftpFileIT#testSftpBinaryUpdateModeContinuousDiscoveryPostSyncBackup` cancelled its job successfully (status CANCELED) but the Zeta container's post-job thread check found a `checkpoint-coordinator-1/<jobId>` thread still parked. That thread belongs to the JobMaster's checkpoint coordinator; this PR only changes the worker-side `TaskExecutionService`. First sighting, watching it.
